Kingdom Development's Vision and Mission

Vision
Kingdom Development exists to unite with God in the holistic growth of individuals—mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually—so that those who are disadvantaged within their culture are given every opportunity to mature and positively impact their nation in lasting ways.

Mission
The mission of Kingdom Development is to provide housing, mentorship, classes, and educational opportunities for disadvantaged students pursuing higher education or vocational training. Through deep investment, strategic partnerships, and intentional sending, we equip future leaders to build their nations in ways that bring both temporal and eternal change.

Our DNA

Who We Are

We are a Kingdom-focused ministry committed to equipping and developing the next generation of leaders for lasting gospel impact. In 2018, Kingdom Development began with a single family that lived and served in Cambodia. Learning the language, engaging the culture, building meaningful relationships, and walking closely with students and local communities through discipleship, education, and daily life.

Over the years, that family witnessed God do remarkable work. Students grew in faith and leadership, communities were strengthened, and the gospel has taken deeper roots. At the same time, the Lord has made something increasingly clear: the need is greater than what any one family or single ministry can accomplish alone. Lasting impact requires multiplication by investing in people, strengthening local leaders, and partnering wisely so the work can grow beyond any single ministry.

What We Do

Our mission is to impact a generation by providing resources, training, education, discipleship, and mentorship. We pursue this mission through a combination of direct involvement and strategic partnerships.

On the ground, we continue to invest in students and communities through discipleship, leadership development, and practical training. Alongside this, we partner with like-minded churches, organizations, ministries, and individuals who are faithfully serving but may need support, structure, or connection to grow sustainably. These partnerships may include mentorship, leadership development, training, fundraising guidance, financial oversight, sending missionaries, or serving as a bridge between Kingdom work and supporters.

As our ministry has grown, our role has increasingly become one of equipping and strengthening others by helping leaders, missionaries, and ministries flourish so that long-term Kingdom fruit can multiply far beyond what we could do on our own.

At the center of everything we do is a simple aim: to see the name of Jesus made known and honored. We are especially committed to serving those with limited opportunity, equipping them to mature in Christ and to positively impact their churches, communities, and nations. We believe God is raising up leaders who will train and influence the generation that follows—and we are grateful to play a part in that work.
