Kingdom Development's Aim

The heart of Kingdom Development is to unite with God in the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual growth of an individual. We strive to see those who are at a disadvantage in a culture to have every opportunity to mature and impact their nation in positive and lasting ways.

The mission of Kingdom Development is to provide housing, mentorship, classes, and educational opportunities for disadvantaged students who desire higher education or training. It is our aim to invest deeply into a generation of future leaders in order to equip them for the work of building their nations in a way that brings temporal and eternal change.

Note from the Beck family(why start a non-profit)

Since 2018 our family (Beck family) has been living in Cambodia, learning the language, developing relationships, learning the culture, and training the students that live in our dormitory. During that time God has done incredible works in the life of each student and the community we live in. And as great as that works is, we have come to realize that our impact here is limited in what we can do on our own. God has helped us see the endless opportunities to engage and equip the next generation of leaders in Cambodia to not only have the knowledge to impact their nation, but practical experience as well. To provide not only knowledge but practical opportunities to practice what they are learning and to invest more deeply into the communities we live in. With that in mind we are confidently moving in a direction that helps us to accomplish that vision.

For the past year (2020) we have been praying and planning for what we believe is the path forward. We've created a non-profit in the US called Kingdom Development. It's purpose is to build something that lasts and grows beyond us. They opportunity to train students in practical ways are everywhere and with the help of the non-profit organizing and supporting the work that is done here, we truly believe a place for deep and transformational training and development can be created.

Throughout the next few years Kingdom Development and it's amazing partners (that's you) will bring life to the community/training center and work with other organizations to develop partnerships that will benefit the students and community in the most effective way possible. We will be traveling to the US and Korea to share the vision far and wide in order to find and encourage new partners to join us in the work. Finally, the building project will begin and a center for training and community development will be built.

This is the vision and aim of Kingdom Development and its partners. But let it always be known that at the heart of every decision, every plan, every purchase and every word spoken - our central aim is to see the name of Jesus made famous in the world. We strive to see those who are the most disadvantaged have every opportunity to mature and impact their nation in positive and lasting ways. We desire to train and impact a generation of leaders, that in turn will train and impact the generation that follows them. We believe deeply this is what God wants for this ministry and together, with God and each of you, His name will be honored and lives forever changed.
