Kingdom Development's Vision
To impact a generation by providing resources, training, education, discipleship, and mentorship so that lives and communities are strengthened through Christ-exalting leaders.
From the beginning, our heart has been to see people deeply rooted in Christ and equipped to serve their communities for His glory. Everything we do flows from the conviction that lasting transformation happens through the gospel and faithful discipleship.
Our Mission
Kingdom Development exists to strengthen people and ministries by providing spiritual guidance, training, mentorship, and practical support so that gospel-centered leaders can flourish and communities can be shaped by the truth of God’s Word.
Our Story
Kingdom Development began with a simple conviction: lasting transformation happens when people are discipled, equipped, and empowered to impact their own communities for Christ.
Since 2017 Kingdom development has been run by a single family, investing deeply in the lives of students and young leaders. Since moving to Cambodia, they spent years learning the language, building relationships, and sharing life with students as they pursue education, grow in their faith, and prepare for the future. Through that work we have seen God do incredible things; lives transformed by the gospel, young leaders discipled, and communities transformed.
Yet over time it became clear that the opportunity was far greater than what any single family could accomplish alone.
We began to see a generation of students and leaders eager to grow but lacking the mentorship, support, and practical opportunities needed to turn vision into lasting impact. At the same time, churches, missionaries, and organizations around the world were seeking meaningful ways to invest in the next generation of leaders.
Out of this growing awareness, Kingdom Development was formed as a nonprofit ministry in order to build something that would last and grow beyond us.
Our desire has always been to unite with God in the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual growth of individuals so they can mature, lead, and bring lasting change within their own nations.
At the heart of everything we do is one central aim: that the name of Jesus would be honored and made known among the nations.
Our Heart
Kingdom Development exists because we believe God often transforms nations by investing in people.
When individuals are discipled, equipped, and given opportunities to grow, they become leaders who shape families, communities, and future generations. Our passion is to invest deeply in people, especially those who may lack opportunity but possess great potential, by helping them develop both the character and skills necessary to serve Christ in every sphere of life.
This is not about education or programs.
It is about discipleship, mentorship, and multiplication.
As Scripture reminds us:
“What you have heard from me… entrust to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.” (2 Timothy 2:2)
Our passion is to see lives transformed in such a way that those we invest in will one day train and lead others, creating a multiplying impact for the gospel.
How We Serve
While the mission has remained constant, the way we pursue that mission continues to grow.
What began primarily as a family-led ministry has now expanded into a mentoring, partnering, and sending work designed to serve more people and strengthen more ministries.
Today, Kingdom Development seeks to serve through three primary avenues.
Mentorship
People rarely thrive in isolation. Many missionaries, leaders, and young believers simply need someone to walk alongside them.
We provide mentorship for:
-
New missionaries preparing for life and ministry overseas (pre-field training, fundraising, and mentorship in the country they serve)
-
Experienced missionaries seeking counsel, encouragement, and help with projects
-
Local leaders navigating ministry growth and responsibility
-
Students developing as future leaders in their communities
Our goal is not to replace the role of churches or sending organizations, but to come alongside them with relational investment and practical wisdom.
Partnerships
The work of the gospel has always been a shared effort. Rather than duplicating what others are already doing well, we seek to partner with churches, ministries, and organizations that share a desire to see people discipled and communities transformed.
These partnerships allow us to:
-
Strengthen existing ministries
-
Support local leaders and projects
-
Provide practical resources and strategic guidance
-
Bridge gaps between churches, missionaries, and local initiatives/projects
By working together, the body of Christ is able to accomplish far more than any individual ministry could alone.
Development & Training
A key part of our work is creating environments where people can grow both spiritually and practically.
Through housing, training opportunities, mentoring relationships, and educational support, we seek to equip students and young leaders with the tools they need to flourish and serve their communities well.
These investments are designed to produce leaders who not only succeed personally but who use their lives to serve Christ and strengthen the places God has called them.
Looking Forward
We believe the next season of Kingdom Development is about multiplication. By sending, mentoring, partnering with ministries/local Christian leaders, and equipping the next generation, we hope to see the gospel advance through countless lives and communities.
What God began through a small, relational ministry is growing into a broader work. A work that invites many people to participate.
Because in the end, the goal is not simply to build an organization.
The goal is to see people transformed by Christ who then go on to transform the world around them.
