Training Christ-exalting Leaders to Impact Every Sphere of Influence
Hear Kimsrean's Story: From Buddha to Jesus
Kimsrean grew up in the countryside, where her parents work in the fields to provide a small life for their family. After high school, persuaded by her brother, she moved to Phnom Penh to further her education. It's at that time she began to live in a Kingdom Development dorm. Kimsrean grew up Buddhist, but was introduced to Jesus through Kingdom Development, and had a life-changing encounter through a dream that brought her to surrender.
Watch her powerful story below...

God is at work expanding the Body of Christ—both in local communities and across the globe.
Through churches, ministries, and like-minded organizations, the Church continues to fulfill the Great Commission by raising up the next generation of leaders. Stories like Kimsrean’s remind us that God is already moving in the hearts of young people to impact their communities and, ultimately, their nation.
That is the heartbeat of Kingdom Development. We exist to bridge the gap between the global Church and the work on the ground: equipping, training, and walking alongside the next generation of Christ-centered leaders. Through strategic partnerships, on-the-field discipleship, and the sending and supporting of missionaries and ministry initiatives, our aim remains the same: to see the next generation lead in Christ-exalting ways.

Did You Know...?
Did you know that approximately 97% of Cambodia’s population practices some form of Buddhism? Nearly every person has been shaped by this worldview—either through family tradition or deep cultural influence. Many young people sense the need for something more, yet lack clear pathways to lasting hope, truth, and transformation.
Kingdom Development exists to equip the next generation of SE Asia to know Christ and lead in a Christ-exalting way—through holistic discipleship, strategic partnerships, and long-term investment in people. As our ministry expands, we are increasingly working alongside local churches, like-minded organizations, and ministry partners to extend gospel-centered impact throughout the country.
