Translation Work
Why Translation Matters
The spread of the gospel has always been tied to language. Scripture consistently shows that God’s Word must be heard, understood, and applied within the heart language of a people (Romans 10:17). Faithful translation allows believers not just to receive truth, but to be shaped by it.
Across the world, mission organizations like Wycliffe Global Alliance and Pioneer Bible Translators have demonstrated that when people gain access to Scripture and sound biblical teaching in their own language, it leads to:

-
Deeper discipleship
-
Stronger local churches
-
The development of indigenous leadership
-
Long-term, sustainable gospel impact
Translation is not simply about words, it's about building the foundation for the church to grow and endure.

“Missions has the unique task of crossing language and culture barriers to penetrate a people group and establish a church movement.”
John Piper
How It Began
Our involvement in translation work began out of a very practical need.
While serving on the field, we searched for biblically faithful pre-marriage counseling material to use in ministry contexts. What we found was a significant gap. There were few resources available that were both accessible in the local language and theologically sound for marriage counseling.
Rather than work around that need, we stepped into it.
What began as a side project, translating a single resource, quickly revealed a much larger opportunity. Since then:

-
We have completed two full book translations
-
We are currently working on our third translation project
-
We continue to identify key discipleship resources that can serve the local church through amazing and biblically based translation organizations.
Our Focus
Our translation efforts are centered on providing quality, trustworthy biblical resources that serve both individuals and the church as a whole.

This includes:
-
Discipleship materials
-
Marriage and family resources
-
Leadership development tools
-
Theologically grounded teaching content
We prioritize resources that help lay a strong foundation for believers, especially in contexts where the church is still growing and being established.
The Next Generation
Translation work is deeply connected to our broader mission: investing in the next generation.
When young believers, future leaders, and growing families have access to sound biblical teaching in their own language, it shapes:

-
How they understand God
-
How they live out their faith
-
How they lead others
In many ways, translation is a multiplying ministry. A single resource, once translated, can continue to disciple, equip, and strengthen believers for years to come.
