We are committed to helping new workers step onto the field with clarity, confidence, and a deep dependence on the Lord. This begins long before they arrive.
We walk alongside incoming missionaries through:

Recruitment – helping identify individuals who are both called and equipped for the work

Pre-field training – preparing them spiritually, culturally, and practically for life and ministry overseas

Onboarding and transition – assisting them in “landing well” as they enter a new culture and ministry context
Our desire is not simply that missionaries arrive, but that they thrive. Helping them to develop healthy rhythms, meaningful relationships, and long-term sustainability in their calling.
