Over 20 churches in 25 days!
An Encouraging Month, An Exciting Season Ahead
Over 20 Churches In 25 Days
During the month of October, I had the privilege of traveling throughout the U.S. with the School of Missions, preaching, sharing what God has been doing in Cambodia, and inviting churches to consider their part in His Kingdom work.
I went hoping God would use the story of what He’s doing through Kingdom Development to encourage others. And while I pray that happened, I know He used them to encourage me. Around dinner tables, in living rooms, and after services, I met faithful believers who love Christ, care deeply about His church, and long to see the gospel reach more people... in their own communities and around the world. Their hospitality, prayers, and heartfelt interest in our ministry strengthened me more than I can express.

Another surprising outcome of this trip was that I got the chance to take a step back and see how much God has done. When you’re living in the middle of ministry, it’s easy to focus on the next need. But telling the story again and again reminded me of the students, leaders, churches, and relationships God has allowed us to invest in... and how you have helped make those investments possible.
One passage I preached from was Matthew 25:14–30, where Jesus describes servants entrusted with their master’s possessions. The question that stayed with me was simple: What are we doing with what God has entrusted to us?

That question shapes how we’re approaching this next season of Kingdom Development. God has entrusted us with years of experience, meaningful relationships, and opportunities to help others serve. We want to put those gifts to work: preparing future missionaries, starting new projects, connecting people with places to serve, investing in local believers and ministries, and helping that work multiply.
The work in Cambodia continues through the faithful people and ministry partners serving here. Students are being discipled, leaders are serving, and the relationships we have built over the years remain central to our ministry. It is encouraging to see others carrying that work forward, and we will continue walking alongside them.

Our family’s move to the U.S. in January creates opportunities to strengthen that work and help new ministry take root. Through our time at Ozark Christian College and our relationships with churches, we will be able to recruit and mentor future missionaries, connect teachers with schools in Cambodia, and gather support for our partners and new projects.
What excites me is how these opportunities connect: a conversation in a church or classroom in the U.S. could lead to a new worker serving alongside a ministry partner in Cambodia. Your investment can help strengthen the people already serving and prepare others to join them.
We don’t yet know all the fruit God will bring, but we can faithfully tend what He has placed in our hands.
Thank you for being part of this work. Please pray for those continuing to serve in Cambodia, for the workers God is preparing to send, and for wisdom as we help connect the two. I came home grateful for what God has done and excited to keep serving Him alongside you.
With love and gratitude,
Eric Kingdom Development
