Expansion and Growth
This is an incredibly important update, and it's fitting to start by expressing how deeply thankful we are for you. Your prayers, encouragement, and faithful generosity over almost 10 years have been vital to everything God has allowed us to do here in Cambodia. Because of your partnership, we have seen the gospel take root in the lives of hundreds of university students, we have been able to train and equip Christian leaders for the workforce and ministry, as well as build and strengthen communities around Cambodia.
We truly thank the Lord for you and consider you co-laborers in this work.
Over the past season, our family and ministry board have spent significant time in prayer, seeking the Lord’s wisdom for the ministry's future. As we have reflected on what God has done and where He may be leading next, one conviction has become clear:
The vision has not changed… but the way we pursue that vision is expanding.

Our Vision Remains the Same
From the beginning, the vision of Kingdom Development has been simple and clear:
To impact a generation by providing resources, training, education, discipleship, and mentorship so that a generation is strengthened, empowered, and transformed by the gospel.
Everything we have done has flowed from that calling. Our commitment to gospel-centered discipleship and equipping leaders for lasting Kingdom impact remains unchanged.
The Way We Accomplish That Vision Is Expanding
While the vision remains the same, the way we pursue it is growing.
What began largely as ministry efforts carried out directly by our family is developing into something broader. In this next season, our role will increasingly focus on equipping, mentoring, and partnering with faithful leaders, churches, ministries, and training future missionaries who share the same passion for the gospel.
Rather than simply running ministry efforts ourselves, we will be coming alongside others, helping provide guidance, structure, resources, and encouragement so their ministries can grow and thrive.
Our hope is to strengthen leaders and ministries so that the gospel can multiply far beyond what any single ministry could accomplish alone.

Why This Expansion Matters
There are several reasons we believe the Lord is leading us in this direction.
First, the need is greater than any one ministry can meet. Throughout Cambodia and SE Asia, there are faithful leaders and ministries doing meaningful Kingdom work who lack the resources, training, or strategic support needed to grow.
Second, multiplication creates a lasting impact. When leaders are strengthened and ministries are equipped, the gospel continues spreading long after any single project or initiative ends.
And third, this reflects the biblical model of ministry. Scripture reminds us that “the body does not consist of one member but of many” (1 Corinthians 12:14). God advances His Kingdom not through isolated efforts but through His people working together.
We believe this next season is about stepping more fully into that reality.

How You Can Continue Participating
As we move into this new chapter, we invite you to continue walking with us in three important ways.
Pray.
Prayer has always been the foundation of this ministry. Please pray for wisdom as we discern partnerships, for the leaders we are serving alongside, and for the continued advancement of the gospel.
Support.
Your generosity continues to make this work possible. As the ministry expands its reach, your support helps equip leaders, strengthen ministries, and extend gospel-centered discipleship to more people.
Keep Watch.
In the coming weeks and months, we will share updates about the next season, introduce some of the leaders and ministries we are partnering with, and give you a closer look at how God is at work.
We are humbled by the opportunity to continue serving in this way, and we are deeply thankful to have you walking alongside us.
To God be the glory,
Eric & Family
